FAQ
Before you call
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Sentmenat (Vallès Occidental) and cover all of Catalonia. For special loads we arrange service across the rest of the Iberian Peninsula.
How quickly do you send a quote?
We reply within 24 hours. The more detail you give us (sizes, weight, origin, destination and date), the tighter the quote.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold civil liability insurance and comply with all special transport regulations.
What if a conventional crane won't fit?
That's what our spider mini cranes are for: they get into building interiors, terraces and narrow courtyards.
Do you handle special transport permits?
Yes: special transport authorisation, Guardia Civil escorts when required, and route planning.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00 and Saturday 9:00–14:00. For urgent jobs, call us directly on +34 937 151 650.
